TMCA had arranged a welcome reception for the Educational Expert Mr. CMN Saleem during his recent visit to Kuwait. It was held on Saturday, 8/5/2010 at 7:30 PM in Thanjai Restaurant, Kuwait City. The event stated with recitation of Holy Quran by TMCA Religious Secretary Hazrath Abdul Salam Dawoodi. TMCA President brother N.A.M. Abdul Aleem welcomed the guest as well as the other participants, briefing about TMCA’s achievements to the Special Guest. Br. Avoor Basheer Ahmed - General Secretary also delivered a speech on this occasion. Br. Hidayathullah -Vice President hosted the program within the prescribed time.
Brother C.M.N. Saleem delivered a highly valuable speech highlighting the need of higher education to Muslim community especially in faculties such as IPS, Journalism & Law. He stressed that these qualifications are needed to bridge the gap that is been left unfilled for the past 35 years. The meeting was very informative and large number of CC members of TMCA & AYYAMPET CHAKKARAPALLI JAMA'AT officials attended, including its leader Brother Lucky Sulaiman Batcha.
The TMCA Custodians honored Brother C.M.N. Saleem by presenting a memento for his contribution to the Tamil Community. Finally, vote of thanks was delivered by Brother Zahir – Treasurer of TMCA and the event concluded with an invocation and dinner. Alhamdulillah
