Inaugural Ceremony of Muthamizh Aringar Narpani Mandram (Muthamil Aringar Welfare Assosciation) was launched on 30/07/2009 at Visitor’s Auditorium, Mirqab and the grand function was patronized by Ms. Devi Ravi. Light music was provided by Mr. Francies. The function was presided by Janab. Deen Mohammed. Eminent personalities like Janab.Delhi Badsha, Mr. Sheikh Adam, Mr. K. Uttaman and Mr. Kaatoor Balu were present to grace the occasion.
Discussions were held about further developing the Association. Guests appreciated the historical achievement of “Muthamizh Aringar” carried forward by its present members and other Tamil Welfare Associations.
Finally, following office bearer were elected:
1. President : Mr. ‘Nellai’ E.M. Hanifa
2. Vice President : Mr. K. Jayabalan
3. Secretary : Mr. K.K. Mathyvanan
4. Asst. Secretary : Mr. K. Natarajan
5. Treasurer : Mrs. Radhika Selvam
6. P.R.O : Mr. ‘Senthai’ S. Raveendar
Legend personalities like Mr. S. Sadiq Badsha and Mr. Valanadan were honored by draping shawl and their services were lauded.
Vote of thanks was presented by Kottoor Maideen.
