On the occasion of the Independence Day of India, a Flag Hoisting Ceremony will take place at the Indian Embassy premises on Arabian Gulf Street at 0700 hours on Sunday, August 15, 2010. The flag hoisting will be followed by the reading of ...the message of the Hon’ble President of India and singing of patriotic songs. All Indian nationals are cordially invited to attend the function. The customary Open House Reception after the ceremony is not being held this year in view of the Holy month of Ramadan.
